How It Works!


Mentees (Students):

  1. Create an account (Using your email address or LinkedIn account)
  2. Register as a Mentee
  3. Your account will be confirmed in the system and you will receive a confirmation email
  4. Complete the Mentee Quiz
  5. Complete your profile
  6. Begin connecting! Search for a mentor using a variety of search criteria. When you find a mentor of interest, send a formal invitation to connect. (Search by industry, major, location, and more)
      Notes:
    • Your personal email address will not be shared with anyone, unless you enter a formal mentoring relationship with them. The system will automatically send you an email if a mentor accepts your invitation.
  7. Utilize the resources tab to access FAQs and for suggestions on ways to connect, interact, and build your mentoring relationship!


Mentors (Alumni and Friends):

  1. Create an account (Using your email address or LinkedIn account)
  2. Register as a Mentor
  3. Complete the Mentor Responsibilities form
  4. Your account will be confirmed in the system and you will receive a confirmation email
  5. Complete your profile
  6. Your profile is now available for student mentees to search for you! Mentees will reach out to you to initiate formal connections.
      Notes:
    • Mentors can search for peers.(Search by industry, company, location and more). A messaging system allows mentors to communicate with one another.
    • The system will automatically send you an email if someone tries to connect with you. Your personal email address will not be shared with anyone, unless you accept a formal mentoring relationship with them.
  7. Utilize the resources tab to access FAQs and for suggestions on ways to connect, interact, and build your mentoring relationship!
